So is the US the only place that does dabs or do other countries do dabs too . I'm not sure even if all of the US knows what a dab is.

most pot smokers dont seem to know what dabs is.

I learned from the internet, although there is a small group of people in my city of 800,000 that dab exclusively. (although who actually is out there who knows) most people when i talk about dabbing they have no idea what that is, i live in winnipeg mb canada. a couple hours from fargo ND. i talk with alot of 18-20 year olds at the pubs and most dont know about anything outside of weed and oil.

i'm from ohio USA and "dabs" are quite the fad around here. I have family from cali that are involved in the MMJ industry and they refuse to listen to the word "dabs", it's just wax. and yeah, most anywhere with a quality weed smoking culture has some experience with BHO

I heard from someone that wax, dabs, oil an other cannabis extracts are "more" punishable by law in other countries. mostly Amsterdam is this true?

Where I live herbal cannabis and hash are treated essentially the same as far as I know, you can definitely get a caution for buds here and I have always assumed that applies to hash, as it is cannabis. The only difference that I am aware of is that it is takes a smaller amount of hash in someones possession before they can be charged with dealing without any other proof. I don't agree with criminalising cannabis, or any drug for that matter, but it does make sense that a smaller amount of hash would typically equate to more doses in most cases.

I smoked a lot of hash when I visited the 'Dam, but I tended to stick to more traditional varieties than the really high thc/generally expensive as fuck stuff. There is plenty of that stuff around though, I never smoked it so I don't know if it is oil or what but for what some places charge there it would want to be as high of a purity as oil gets to. I can't imagine there is some kind of restriction against oil of any form, regardless of THC%. I seem to recall a while ago it was proposed to ban any cannabis over 15% THC being sold in coffee shops but as far as I am aware that never passed, and when I was there a bit over a year ago some places certainly claimed a higher percentage than that.

With all these crazy new products and equipment I feel like an old lady holding a phonograph next to a kid with an IPod.

Enough with the lame phrases already, "dabs" now .

As long as I've been smoking there's been weed oil about , traditionally though it is made with leftover leaf and trim and not from bud. Never seen anyone else with butane honey but plenty of other solvent extracted stuff. I'm pretty sure here cannabis is a Class C substance whereas preparations such hash and oil are Class B and receive much higher penalties for possession etc.

Anyone who smokes regularly in my area knows about dabbing for the most part. I come from the midwest US and marijuana acceptance is slowly but surely easing its way into the culture here

It is non-existent in my area in the UK, but you can only get soapbar hash round here. In cities the odd person seems to know about it but I only know one person who has done BHO.

Most americans who dont live near dispensaries even know what dabs are. Really just people in legal states, college kids, and really dedicated stoners in my experience.
