Hey, I'm Jason and I'm brand new here, so please forgive me if this is in the wrong place. I'd have like to be able to introduce myself better but unfortunately I have to jump right in because my question is kind of urgent.
I need to know what the most effective OTC treatment for tachycardia is. I realize of course that pretty much any depressant (alcohol for example) will lower your heart rate somewhat. I'm wondering if there's something more effective.
I know diphenhydramine could actually make it worse (alcohol too for that matter) so I was thinking doxylamine from unisom sleep gels.
Also considered phenibut but it seemed like it was kinda hit or miss with those GABA related drugs.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. And in case it matters the tachycardia is presenting in a 23 male, 280lbs 6 foot. Who has taken an unknown stimulant in an unknown quantity. It's an amhico product (diablos xxx) so you can assume that it's some mix of bzp and ketones most likely. Though there is always the possibility that it's something else entirely.
Thanks in advance and I'm glad to have such a great place to gather info you can't get elsewhere.
