OTC meds to 'get you through'

My actual question [and EDIT] is at the bottom. Apologies for long post.

I've learnt about hydroxyline and cimetidine from blue light.

I have no problems controlling my stim use as I am easily prescribed enough.

I need/want to use stims but I have to take the 'edge' off as a former speedhead 15yrs ago I can't deal with it with too much edge at all.

Tramadol.....I have over a 1000 right now but I know apart from a morning large kick -200mg that using super high doses not feel good.

The SNRI effect defo overpower any MU-opiate benefits so I try to regulate the tramadol more to keep levels equal daily.

Benzo's are being a bitch ,luckily I have 3 x 2mg clona each day which to be honest I've never felt but I know they help.

Without paying out even more and hitting different hospitals here in Thailand I am only on 2 x 1mg xanax each day.

It sux ,I can feel them wearing out even with the clona thru the day.

I had the same situation with lorazepam and diaz before......started to double up then just chew thru them until they do nothing then you are drinking booze to feel it.

I'm NOT going there again.

So I will use 0.5mg xanax x 4 through the day ,I've been using trazadone which I can get easily and cheap and I don't get sleepy because of my stims ,I use some hydroxy and cimetidine but don't go as high on the hydrox as i'd like because of costs.

I've been on the same successful anti-d -mirtazapine for 10yrs though again due to cost here I'm on 15mg rather than 45mg but it works.

Generic prozac OTC here is cheap and I've used it before up to 80mg but never really gave it a good run to control anxiety.

......and yes I realise the stims and trammy will make the anxiety worse but needs must right now.

So question what OTC meds are useful for keeping things chilled alongside benzo's.

Using beta-blockers already.

EDIT with it long ......very very long half-life trazodone is proving to be very useful anxiety wise today sketching out my new daily plan with xanax restriction.

Will take alot longer to know if prozac helps also.

I need to get off xanax for escalating costs and the running around + the tolerance and abuse potential with me is way off.

Any other meds includlng clona, ritalin I can control/regulate correctly + getting trazodone, prozac and mirtazapine is un-abuseable to me and cost/tolerance doesn't go crazy.

Deep dark depression is what scares me more than anything but luckily mirtazpine and testosterone keep that locked firmly away so it's just controlling anxiety.

I'm on such a mixed group of script/pharmacy meds right now it would hard for me to pinpoint advantages or negatives.
