OTC med suggestions - Spain...?

Hello! =) So I'm on holiday in Spain at the moment and I know you can get some stuff OTC here that you can't at home (UK). Any suggestions? What have people bought in the past? Thanks!

You can get tramadol there easy - some will say you need a prescription, but most will sell it no questions. Once you've managed to buy a pack, just empty it, go into the next pharmacy and show them the box saying you've ran out of your medicine, and they're more likely to serve you. I got 20 packs last time I was in Barcelona.

Wasn't closed as nobody reported it so this is probably the first time a mod has seen it. Just so y'all know, we'd much rather get several people reporting the same post than nobody reporting it because they assume somebody else must have done already.

As it happens, threads like this sometimes get closed for sourcing but have also sometimes been left up as it's usually not direct sourcing. This is a "loophole" which should be closed so do please report such posts/threads in future if you spot 'em, people.
