Orphenadrine is OTC overseas and rx-only here. Muscle-reaxer with similar structure to diphenhydramine.

Is it any good? Wondered that since seeing it.

I haven't heard about anyone using it recreationally, and it can cause side effects like blurred vision if used in large doses.

There's some evidence that orphenadrine blocks dopamine reuptake to some extent (like methylphenidate), but I don't think it could be useful as a stimulant.

Definitely not useful as a stim. Pretty shitty muscle relaxer to me as well. Might make you drowsy a bit or as polymath said blur vision. Not very recreational.
