Just a few quick questions guys, will orphenadrine citrate increase the effects of my codeine (9mg/5ml) with promethazine (3.6mg/5ml) syrup (100ML)?

Or i should just fuck it and drink it by itself? My opiate tolerance is really low though...only tried codeine before as the other rx opiates (oxy,vicodin....) do not exist here where i live.

Thanks for your replies.

I would just try it by itself. You might fall asleep (and miss your euphoria!) if you add the muscle relaxant in there.

Even if you dose early in the day you might still fall asleep because of the promethiazine. Go easy on that stuff because it will, like the codeine, slow down your breathing. The relaxant could prove additive to the sleepy effects as it may cause a reduced desire to walk around. Start with the orphenadrine and the codeine together the add in the other one later at a later time. I think that the orphenadrine will increase your euphoria with the opiate because it is a dopamine agonist and an analgesic.

Can you provide a reference for orphenadrine being a dopamine agonist? I can't find any information to support that claim.

According to this site: http://www.familydoctor.co.uk/htdocs/PARKINSONS/PARKINSONS_specimen.html
There exists an inverse relationship between the concentration of the neurotransmitters acetylcholine and dopamine in the brain, as one goes up the other goes down. Orphenadrine has anticholinergic properties, which means it antagonizes or 'displaces' acetylcholine.

I would infer that dopamine levels would rise to normal in persons with parkinsons. I mean that orphenadrine is a dopamine agonist in light of the codeine because it allows a higher concentration of dopamine to be present in the cell at once.
