Orgasams while on Opiates? Possible?

Depends on what dose of opiate you are on and how long you've been on opioids non-stop. E.g. if you've been on 260 mg/day morphine for 6 months, I bet your sex drive is way down. This is due to testosterone (and other sex hormones) suppression by the opioids.

I had a healthy sex drive before I got on this bandwagon of pain management, but now I feel like before puberty - just not interested but still have all secondary sex characteristics. It's a weird feeling. I may get interested once a month or so, which sucks. My gf feels pissed off and rejected.

As someone mentioned, the urinary retention thing - I think it's the same muscle group down there that controls urine/cum discharge that gets f'd up. Running water does help.

I didn't notice any delay in ejaculating once I do get in the mood, but when I cum I get this weird pain down there and it doesn't feel at all as good as it did before.

So, for me, opioids killed my sex drive, not my performance if you understand what I am trying to explain. E.g. I don't need viagra, I need testosterone. I tried testosterone patches but I was getting chemical burns at the application site and they didn't work anyway. I think there is much more going with hormone suppression than meets the eye.

It sucks.
 
it's possible, but for me i just end up wanting to just hold my girl and fall asleep, less lust and more love
 
I can orgasm on heroin but it has to be when I've driven myself wildly crazy and am rock hard and fiending for it soooooo bad that I just overpower the inhibition that the smack seems to put on that orgasm trigger in my brain.

it is fucking incredible too it seems to make your nod come back hard <3
 
I know that pain that your talking about bupey ... it happens to me too and i am also a pain management patient .. i also know what that not interested feeling is sometimes it clicks on other times i can just be blah for a few weeks .. does your pain almost feel like you passed a kidney stone ? the pain meds cover it up some but its still pretty noticeable ..

but on the other hand when i want to get off i can with no problem at all , but again if its early in my dose i can still go for a while and you can tell she just wants you to stop , i think that hurts even more its like ok i got mine but if you cant get yours well thats too bad , i dont even have urinary retention anymore .. unless i take my BT meds shortly after my primary dosage ..and its still only minor ..

We call that the heroin hard on, and it can be tough on us women8o ..Anyway, to answer your question, I have been on Methadone maintenance for years, at 160mg, I am a 54 year old woman..I forgot what an orgasm feels like=D Just kidding, but for me, it takes forever. Opiates,age and sex dont mix sometimes..

whenever i start Iving heroin on a regular basis, it is very very hard to even get an erection...everyone else i talk to either say they get hard as a rock and cant cum, and can go for hours..but my theory is, if u cant cum, how are u even getting aroused in the first place? i dunno heroin numbs me physically and mentally, and getting a blowjob feels like no pleasure at all, i had an embaressing experience when i was high on H and this chick wanted to have sex, put it this way, it was like trying to stuff a marshmellow in a keyhole....

Anyway, tighten your sphincter, yeah, that's the muscle group I am talking about. I never had kidney stones, so I can't compare. I even thought I had prostatitis, but it's opioid related and yeah the meds cover it up (but they created this problem in the first place). Also, like I said, even after cuming it just doesn't feel right in them tubes down there (what are they called vas deferense or something). If it's early in the day and I haven't reached my maximum opioid blood levels, the urinary retention is almost none existent.

I never had these problems early in my opioid career - at levels less than 60-80 mg oral morphine equiv per day. Now that I am way past that, it just sucks. I need to get below 100 mg. From what people are describing, they are having the same 'cumming' problems on opioids that I had on SSRI's??? But at least SSRI's didn't kill my sex drive.

Also, does anyone have problems with motivation and procrastination on these 'wonder' drugs? I've gotten to such idiotic laziness or whatever your call it, than I don't even want to get up and turn off the tea kettle or go to the grocery store or do anything else. These things have messed up my 'goal/living circuits'.

I've had good and bad experiences with orgasms on opiates... I'm female, btw. Usually, it just takes a long time and lots of skill, but the pay off is never quite worth it. It's like all this work for a measly 4 second orgasm that leaves you wondering "that's it?"

Other times, I just give up and enjoy the high. Depends on how much I've taken, though. If I'm at my limit and feeling nauseous, sex is the furthest thing from my mind.
 
I get very mixed results. Sometimes I can get off pretty fast on a high ass dosage of oxy or methadone. Sometimes a lower dosage can render my dick useless. More often than not though if i've been dosing all day and have sex at night it either takes forever or doesn't happen at all. When I first started MMT I don't think I had an orgasm for two or three months except for one or two jerk off sessions early in the morning. Sucked ass, made me want to start using again...lol
 
I have this problem with any meds I take especially antihistamines or antibiotics maybe its mental but on opiates i can go for a while but tisk tisk never finish....
 
Believe you me, you can cum on opiates. All it takes is a little practice, and you'll be disco dancing with the best of them.
