some rasta dude told me a while ago to pick up some organic apple cider vinegar and some real maple syrup

mix a tea or tablespoon into 4 ounces of water and drink it

i found some and today was my first day drinking it

i am peeing alot,

read online it has alot of health benefits undocumented

anyone has any experience with this jazz?
i'll let ya'll know how it turns out

or if'n ya know of better ways to drink it or something
do let me know

lower blood pressure,

heard it also aids in weight loss

plus the rasta dude i worked with swore by it, so i figured give it a shot

think he called it a panacea,

beats wasting money on expensive snake oil

I have also heard of the, supposed, miracle cures attributed to apple cider vinegar. I took the opportunity to look up a few journal articles on the subject and found several articles that claimed it had some benefits. One in particular said that it created a better blood lipid profile in normal rats, but how that translates to humans is obviously up for debate. I have also heard anecdotal reports of it working wonders for people with acid indigestion as a poster above me mentioned. However, I personally believe that many of the benefits of vinegar supplementation are, for lack of a better phrase, old wive's tales.

I take a tbsp Apple Cidar vinegar in morning and night it helps to make poop happen, but it's bad for teeth coz so acidic, so if you take it dilute in glass of water. I havn't heard of a panacea before, but I've done the organic grade B maple syrup, cayenne pepper and lemon detox fast before so not surprised to see OGB maple syrup recommended alongside, it has a lot of nutrients in it.

the kind of apple cider you want to get is all natural unfiltered apple cider. Bragg makes a great one, its not like the normal looking cider vinegar, its cloudy and has sediment in the bottom of it, i suppose from being not filtered. But it apparently has a bunch of curative properties from helping stomach acid problems and lowering BP. my mom has been a fan of this stuff for ages. it also does well in cooking, it doesnt seem to have as high of an acid content as most apple cider vinegar off the shelf so it has a smoother taste.

Definitely heard it considered a panacea - it's acidic, yet it has alkalizing effects too(much like lemon).

I have started this too - 1 tablespoon per eve right now, but when I got bit more dough it will be 2-3 times per day, either neat (for a shock to the senses in the morning) or in a half cup o' water.

I have noticed, so far, that I am more regular bowel movement-wise, and my candidiasis is more under control.
