probably not, unless it is tried and true and is known to not be a scam. There are many more scams out there than legitimate sites, also many sites that were once legitimate are now Scam Sites. As well if you do buy you run the risk of your goods getting taken by authorities and possible arrest. so in short NO,

oh yeah read the bluelight rules. no sourcing or asking for sources and that includes names of websites. you should edit your post so to not have the website name in it.
