Ordering (AND NOT RECEIVNG) Marquis from eztest.com.. NOT HAPPY!!!

'lo all,
I ordered a marquis tester from eztest.com about a month ago, using my credit card.
the buggers charged my card, but i still have not got the tester, even though the FAQ at the site says 10 working days for delivery and its been OVER a month!!
I've emailed them TWICE but they have not replied!
I'm really not happy! I trusted the site as I was directed there from pillreports.com
Have I been screwed out of AUD$40?
Is there any way I can get a reply from the eztest guys or anything!!!! Please help me, I really want to test some bikkies I've got before I take them next weekend!

chances are your test has been seized by customs. aus customs has been doing this a lot lately. which email address are you sending to? they've had some problems with their mail lately.
i can guarentee you that they are not trying to rip you off on purpose.
i'd advise against any australiams ordering from ez-test, at least until we've sorted out the problems with customs.
since you live in melbourne i'd advise you to buy a tester directly from a store. try one of these:
Melbourne- Off Ya Tree
Melbourne- Polyester Books, Brunswick Street.
Dandenong- Heidi Rose Clothing and Handicrafts, 61 Foster Street
or come to NRG tonight at Altona and visit the enlighten testing stall and i'll give you one for free. :)

Ya. Sometimes it can take a while to arrive, especially when we're talking Netherlands to Australia here! I wouldn't have expected 10 working days for delivery over that distance regardless of what the site said. As for not answering emails, others have complained of this at times... but I imagine ez-test is basically just a couple of guys or something, and they have lives...

If is has been seized, is there any chance of ever getting it, or should I give up waiting?
If I get one from say 'off ya tree', should i just get Marquis or is there something better to get that is recommended for aussie bikkie testing?
johnboy: i only just saw your reply, im in the sth eastern suburbs and i dont know what NRG is, or else i may have contemplated coming down... damn!

eroks: the kits are not illegal, it is just illegal to post them within australia. this is because they are highly corrosive, being largely sulphuric acid. it is not to do with the fact that they are drug testing kits. i hope this makes sense.

NRG was the rave at tha Altona Sports Centre that was on Saturday night.
If you go to off your tree buy a Marquis kit, and maybe a Mandlein as well. These should pick up most of the common adulterants seen in Australia (speed, ketamine). The EZ Test Xtreme kit is really only useful in detecting PMA/MDMA mixed pills, which are thankfully extremely rare in Aus.

maybe don't send any more kits to aus or accept any orders from there for the time being?

just received a letter from Australia Post;
They have seized my tester at customs as it is highly corrosive, and not legal to send through postal mail in this country - you were right on the money johnboy.
They notified me to tell me they are going to destroy the tester.
EASY E: I RECOMMEND YOU REFUSE TO DELIVER EZ TEST KITS TO AUSTRALIAN ADDRESSES, AND WRITE THE ABOVE INFORMATION ON YOUR WEB SITE IN A PROMINANT POSITION, OR ELSE YOU HAVE HAVE ALOT OF PEOPLE 'BITCHING'
