Order u should take opiates

I have about 20 10mg percocets 20 10 mg hydrocodone and 2 10 mg methadone. I like to spread my opiates out but I was wondering what order I should do them in. I recently went through 2 80 Oxys. So
So I was thinkin I'd do one methadone and some hydro tomorrow. I just don't know if I should finish off the methadone first or the oxy and hydro. Any opinions would be appreciated.
 
I would combo the oxycodone/hydrocodone (orally) to take advantage of their nature synergy. You can use 'opiate equivalency' calculators anywhere online to figure out your dosages.
 
Methadone can overpower and block out other opioids to a degree. I'd take a few days after the methadone to do either oxy or hydro to get the most out of them.

Really? How does this work? I was under the impression that methadone was a regular average strength mu-opioid just with a long half life. It being used for opioid maitenance as it had such a long half life which had users build up their daily dosage while maintaining a constantly increasing base level (and a huge tolerace) so that then other opioids wouldn't be as effective.
 
The blockade effect really kicks in at high doses, typically somewhere around 80ml and up or so I'm led to believe, for opiate tolerant addicts at least. It has a higher binding affinity for receptors than most other opiates so if your receptors are flooded with methadone other opiates are gonna have a hard time getting through. How much of a blocking effect it'll have at lower doses I can't say, it'll depend on tolerance for one, but I'd be very careful taking other opiates on top of methadone. It can take such a long time creeping up over several long hours to a long steady peak that if you take something on top of it that peaks with the meth you could be in trouble. I'd wait till well past peak before topping up with anything else just to be on the safe side, maybe 24 hours in. I know the first time I did 30ml back in the days when I had no tolerance to opiates I was verging dangerous dose and still plenty messed up the next day.

Personally, I would take a low dose of methadone every day and take less oxy than you normally would to get high. The high from methadone is lame (if you even consider that a high)..but it's a decent booster like to get you going.

Like if you normall dose 30mg oxycodone, you coudl try taking 5mg methadone every day and only dosing 10-15mg oxy.

Methadone doesn't technically 'block' persay but like the above person said.. at 80mg it seems to have that effect. You can get high but it takes dangerously high doses of full agonists
