Orange Puma (Facing Left) - In the Denver area? *Picture inside!*

My friend has recently come across some of these Orange Pumas that are facing left. He says the texture is pretty gritty and chalky and the pill is kinda thick.

He has a chance to pick some up but he isn't quite sure if they are good or not, has anyone else heard anything about these?
