Orange crystals

So my girlfriend just got back from the big up festival and in the bottom of her bag he found a wet dime bag filled with orangeish looking crystalsut ....i currently have the crystals drying out on a peice of foil but im just really curious as to what it mite be. I know she said she smoked dmt, and blew k for sure but i really doubt its k because ive never seen orange looking k before. I know molly sometimes has a brownish tint to it but ive never seen orange molly. I tasted a bit on my tounge and it sorta has a numbing effect almost like coke but not nearly as strong....so i guess my main question is based on what i just said....is there orange k...and is there orange molly because if not then its almost 100% dmt and i will be quite happy. Is there any tell tale signs i can look for to help me identify it?
 
The only orange "molly" I've ever gotten turned out to be one of the 2-C's

Molly should be a colorless crystal in its pure form, but 90% of the molly I'v gotten was beige/light sand colored
 
Yeah im really leaning towards it being DMT..i think i mite give it a go within the next hr or so
 
No identity threads if I remember correctly. If it was me from the sounds of it, i'd be nearly sure it was DMT. Check its solubility or if your brave vaporize a few mgs and see the effects. I suppose you could also burn some and smell the resulting smoke. Burnt DMT is known to my nose and not mistakable really. Very unique fragrance.
 
Yeah i know about the identity thing i was kinda worried about that...im just reallyt curious tho...and as for it being soluble what would that mean if it was/wasnt? when it came out of the bag it was already wet, its drying out at this very moment
 
Do you have a kit to maybe test it? I'm not sure if there is a DMT test but if you had a ez kit, you could determine if it was some form of molly-cut or not.
 
If the only substances it could be are DMT, Ketamine, and Molly, out of those I'd say its almost certainly DMT. If it could be anything for all you know, the color is definitely not enough to go on. When in doubt, chuck it out.
 
its hard to say man; it could be a number of things. if it was at a festival it could be anything. i wouldnt just go and vape it w/o doing a little more homework. its not ket if its orange; like mentioned above, dmt has a distinct smell even without burning it. its sort of a musky/moth ball like smell. if it smells more like licorice or something along those lines, it could be some sass(molly). it could also be some dirty crank/meth. is it sticky/gooey( is there a bunch stuck to the inside of the bag?), or is it small shards? is it a bunch or just a little bit? if its just a little bit and you cant ID it i would either toss it or show it to a friend who does know what these things look/smell like.

on the other hand, ive had several RCs that oxidized and turned a yellowish/orange color; the color being more pronounced when wet. in the case that its something active at 10mg or less, id be careful.

i know i prolly sound nagging and overly cautious, but this is a harm reduction site after all ;)
