oral vs nasal vs rectal adderall

I'm hoping to get some adderall soon and have no tolerance to it, what is the most effective and/or longest lasting route of administration? I'm not sure the dose or action (ir or xr) of the pills but I was thinking I could either do 3 bumps of 5mg an hour and a half apart or take 15mg orally with tums. I was also thinking I could try plugging 10-15mg, how does the duration of plugging compare to oral or nasal? Also will I be able to snort or plug them if they are the 30mg xr's with beads?

parachute or swallow it. Other ROAs are too much trouble for little to no more of a reward than just swallowing. But if you insist on sniffing then u could take a small bump on the peak and that's it. You can snort it if it's beads but you must crush them first. I've had a friend tell me he sniffed a bunch of focalin xr and it did nothing. I wonder why?
