Oral THC dosage in mg

I have just obtained a bottle on cannabis/ethanol/honey tincture. In the bottle it tells you exactly how many mg of THC per ml, and how many mg of CDB per ml.

I have searched all other the internet on eatting cannabis your not sure how much THC in mg is in the food. Most of the guides have geared towards smoking.

Does anyone know the oral dose of THC that is found in tincture and not in food? I have searched all other the internet and found the mg dose if vaporized but I have not found the dose if taken orally in tincture forum.

Any experience, help would be appreciated.

How much THC/CDB is in a ml?
When I take THC in drink form it ranges from 200~ 316mg but Thats high for some people!

I think tinctures are more medical use not too get high! I never gotten high from tinctures.
