Opioids Oral surgery need help on drugs

As some of you may or may not have known I have been 6 days completley sobure the first time in about 7 years.

Now to be honest...I dont plan on staying sobure. I love drugs. Period.

So. I mentioned 6 days sobure (and taking DXM) so you know my tolerance is down.

Today or tommorow Im getting a Impacted wisdom tooth with a cyst removed. I took it for about 3 years but im geting rashes and my tonsils are swallon all indications it has spread the infection plus my tooth is KILLING me. My dentist told me once cyst and tooth is removed these all should go away.

So heres my question

120mg of Oxymorphone via Insulfated vs 240mg of Oxycodone via IV every few hours for the first few days?

Please help I honestley dont know which one too choose. Ill also have unlimited bupenorphine avlaible but dont see how thatll help.
