I have been acquiring liquid methadone from a very trusted source. For the purpose of warding off opioid withdrawal until I go back to my physician. The liquid appears to be 10mg per 1ml. Pinkish and light. Very bitter.

Thursday morning at 6:45am I ingested 10mg and headed into work. By 9am break, I noticed most of my w/d symptoms were gone. I still didn't feel quite right yet however. I decided to ingest another 10mg at lunch. A few hours later I noticed I felt completely normal. Didn't notice a buzz, but feeling normal was fine with me and avoiding opioid withdrawal had me in a good mood at work. After work I decided to smoke a little. After a few hits I really began to feel the methadone all of a sudden. I was fucking flying. Got a little panicky and was checking my breathing, but all of that disappeared when the pot wore off. I fell asleep around 1am feeling incredible.

Woke up Friday morning feeling normal. Still no opioid withdrawal so I didn't use anymore methadone upon waking. Began to get a little edgy around 6pm and took 5mg and that took the edge off immediately.

I am new to methadone and only plan to use it until I get back to my physician for a tramadol renewal. I know methadone can be quite easy to overdose on without expecting it. It's long half-life makes me cautious about re-dosing. I am very cautious with drug use in general. I wonder if it'd be safe to take 20mg again on Saturday? I did enjoy the buzz and wish to repeat that false reward. It made me feel like tramadol did when I first started. That could be a bad thing. But this methadone potion is out once I go back to the physician. :)
