Oral administration of diacetlymorphine HCL

How effective is the oral administation of diamorphine HCL? I'm asking because I want to be able to walk around with a heroin laced drink in public.
 
The oral BA is less than 35%

If you want to take it in an unconspicuous manner that is more effective then I suggest you make a solution of it and put it in a nasal spray bottle. There are some allergy med spray pump bottles that you can empty out and put the heroin solution in and nobody would know.
 
It's very effective, if you have enough diacetylmorphine to account for it's oral BA and first pass metabolism.

But I would recommend another ROA.

I used a saline sprayer to waterline heroin at work and school no questions asked.
 
There are a few problems with this.. low oral BA, diacetylmorpine hydrolysing to monoacetylmorphine (which is fairly slow but could be an issue if you are carrying a drink round all day) and the risks of someone inadvertently drinking your heroin-ade. For the last reason alone I don't think this is a good idea. A nasal spray would probably be safer and have a higher bioavailability.
 
wtf??? swallowing heroin will give you the same effects of swallowing saltine cracker loool... notr really but swallowing heroin is a waste of money and time. if you arent into needles which i assume you arent which is a good thing, try snorting it or plugging

Heroin degrades to morphine in the stomach and as such exhibits the same effects as any oral morphine product. Oral is the least effective ROA though.

If money isn't an object, go for it. I've always wanted to make some of that narcotic milk featured in A Clockwork Orange.
 
yea the oral BA of morphine s ~20-30% which is why i said heroin taken orally blows. no rush and you have to take alot more to get high than you would IV or snorting
 
Ocean Saline Nasal spray has an easy to remove top piece. It pops in and out.
 
Oral "heroin" does not exist. Heroin is a morphine prodrug. It is quickly converted to morphine and only morphine (100% ) before crossing the BBB. Taking 100 mg of "heroin" is the exact as taking 100 mg morphine.
 
Is it true that heroin degrades into morphine if left in water? I don't want to waste heroin in a spray bottle if it will degrade.
 
It doesn't degrade, it hydrolyzes slowly into 06-monoacetylmorphine and morphine...

Spontaneous hydrolysis of heroin in buffered solution.

Abstract

Electron-capture gas-liquid chromatography was used to study the spontaneous hydrolysis of heroin in phosphate buffer (pH 6.4 and pH 7.4) at 23 degrees C. Aliquots of solution were taken over a 24-h period. After extraction at pH 8.9 into propan-2-ol (10%)-ethyl acetate, deacetylated products were made into hepafluorobutyrate derivatives which were analyzed quantitatively using nalorphine as the internal standard. Heroin decomposes to 06-monoacetylmorphine (06-MAM) under these conditions. Further decomposition to morphine was not observed. Spontaneous hydrolysis was faster at pH 7.4 (first-order rate constant, 9.6 x 10-5 min-1) than at pH 6.4 (first-order rate constant, 3.0 x 10-5 min-1). In 24 h, the decomposition to 06-MAM was 13 and 4%, respectively.

It's crap, I'd rather just stash a few wax packs behind my cell phone case and snort it in random bathrooms or in car in some undisclosed location.

While your body does convert heroin into 6-MAM and 3-MAM, the 6-MAM is either simply excreted or converted to morphine and the 3-MAM isn't very active because it has a weak affinity for the mu receptors so in reality, the effects of heroin are owed to morphine. Heroin is superior to morphine due to it's ability via parenteral administration to produce effects more rapidly but if used orally, heroin is deactylated by first pass metabolism.

Oral heroin is still superior to oral morphine however because heroin produces plasma concentrations of morphine twice as high the same dose of morphine would produce.
