Opium

I'v been trying to get this shit for years. I thought it was impossible to get untill I read the price thread. Sound like its all over the east cost. Im in Texas, and have now idea where to even start. Someone said like turkish restaurants or something.. Where the fuck are those. Any way, help would be apreciated.

It's not sold on the streets... the easiest way to get it - grop some poppies and cultivate it yourself..

I know a guy who studied in south east Asia for awhile and watched, smoked, and helped make opium. He said he has never seen any thing in the states that even resembles it. It is just way to easy to make diacetylmorphine ( which is stronger and weights less) and cut it into a something that can be sold at exorbitant rates as "opium". Not that it ain’t around, but I think most of the people who make it in the US Don’t have the right strains of sominfs or the climate to grow the poppies properly, and lack any real skill at making good O. The farmers who have the decades of knowledge and strains of poppies that have been passed down from generation to generation don’t post at alt.drugs too often. . Poppy juice dried out is not opium in the true sense. and many think it is. It is weak and it takes a gob of poppies to make a few lame little hits.
anyway....tar heroin is a pretty popular alternative. I have even seen the stuff doctored up with perfumes and such to make it smell nice and flowery. Opiates are opiates...they do what they do......anytime someone says they have O I would be wary.

BTW seeing as how black tar is realy impure, how do you measure a dose when you IV it? how do you accurately get a "gram" or anything?

I saw an HBO special on black tar heroin. I think that if many of you saw it then you might rethink your use. all these junkies trying to make us feel bad for them. The people I saw on the show is what keeps me from crossing that line.
Out of the times I came across "opium" I think only once it was real , but wasn't 100% more like 15%

dr quack is right in that most opium in the US is not real stuff, and lacks the quality of traditional opium grown in Asia.
However, it is VERY EASY to order some good papaver somniferum seeds (Persian double white is an excellent choice for both yield and ease of indoor growing), and set up an indoor system to grow. Hell, since they are poppies, you might as well plant some now. Being close to mid-June, I'm confident that you could start a wonderful poppy garden and score the opium yourself. And since you're in Texas, the weather couldn't be any better. Just be sure to keep em wet all the time. Nothing tastes better than quality opium you've grown yourself. And plus, you get to put all the pods to use as well when you make poppy tea.
