Most p. somniferum will be relatively low in thebaine (which is usually sourced from p. bracteatum).
Hens and Chicks are high morphine content. There is a strain called "Laurens Grape" that is reputed to have particularly high content. Both of these will have insignificant amounts of thebaine, usually.
