This spring I broadcast poppy seeds in my back yard and began planning out the steps to my home made smoking opium. The plants almost froze to death every week, but by June they were starting to grow. They grew up big and strong, and I harvested a ball of opium that filled a small canning jar. I "cooked" the opium and poured it onto plates, but now i'm running into some problems.
I was in a hurry to smoke the first plate, so I put it the garage (very hot) right next to a big fan. It evaporated after about 3-4 hours, and I began to scrape with a razor. This is my first problem. Whenever I scraped the plate, the razor would kick up a cloud of fine, shiny, golden sparkles of opium. Only about half of the opium powder landed on my plate. Does anyone know of a more efficient way to scrape and compress opium?
As soon as I finished the first plate, I smoked as much as I could. Being high on opiates, I didn't care about the other plate, and I put it in my closet. 5 DAYS LATER: My ball of opium was gone, and I remembered the second plate, I go get it only to discover white and green mold islands in my opium. I scraped it anyways but i'm afraid to smoke it. I ate some and didn't get sick, but I'm afraid of getting pneumonia if i smoke the mold residue. Could anyone advise me on the safety of smoking mold? (BTW I scraped a good amount of mold into the garbage, but not all)
