The opium and the black tar look very similar? Is there any difference between the textures/consistency of the two?

opium is softy, a bit like plastiline, when is very fresh. When it start to lose wather because evaporation, it becomes harder, easy to be broken

the BT is the first time i see this, and still i didnt open the plastic bundle, i will open that plastic thing tomorrow, if i may have the kitchen for myself for a while

I would love to attempt something like this myself some day. Does your friend do any kind of extraction or preparation on the opium before he cooks with AA?

mm i´d have to ask him, i dont have any idea about chemistry, i have a "flowers to morphine" process that seems to work, but i have it in spanish

i dont know if he got the black tar from the opium, or if he got the morphine and later that, i´d need to aks him to know it

Sorry for the delay, i was disappointed the blacj tar didnt work at all. It was a little quantity , and the same day i ate opium, so maybe it was my tolerance.

Anyway, i think doing that black tar requires at least medium knowledge about chemistry

if you want, i can upload a "papaver somniferum to morphine easy conversion" . Its for being done, not from the opium, but from the whole plant : flowers, the big head, the "tail"..all the plant

Yes if it's not much trouble that would be interesting to see. I have read a few guides about extracting morphine from opium and poppies but they seem quite difficult and low yielding. I am confident I could pull it off but it would be necessary to start with a large amount of material otherwise it would be difficult to obtain crystals.

I think for heroin it is not 100% necessary to isolate morphine. Acetylating refined opium will suffice a la black tar/kompot. Obviously acetylated morphine is desirable but I'd imagine shooting black tar that you made yourself wouldn't be much worse than shooting street heroin.

How did you consume your tar barto?

i smoked it on a "silver paper" (dont know if its the correct name in english), like chasing the dragon. But the amount was very little and as i have my tolerance so messed up, maybe it was because the tolerance that i didnt felt it properly

ok im going to put in lyterally in spanish, and the traduction to english too. Maybe my traduction is not 100% right, thats why also ill post the original foint in spanish. The good thing of this process is that start point is not the opium but the whole plant.

1-Cuando las adormideras ya estén secas, cortar las cabezas más 10-15 cm de tallo, sin hojas.
2-Machacar las cabezas y recuperar la mayor cantidad de semillas posible. Si son de adormidera silvestre, ¡tiradlas de nuevo a su lugar de origen!
3-Triturad el material vegetal como os sea posible, usando desde tijeras a un molinillo eléctrico de café.
4-Para romper las paredes celulares eficazmente, un buen truco es empapar el material vegetal con agua destilada y meterlo en el congelador.
5-Hacer un té con el material vegetal, a fuego lento y sin que el agua llegue a hervir. Yo uso 1 litro de agua destilada por cada 100 gramos de material vegetal.
6-Después de 15-20 minutos, cuando el agua adquiera un color marrón oscuro, filtrar la disolución. Añadir 200 mL de agua destilada más al material vegetal para acabar de arrastrar los alcaloides y verter a la disolución madre.
7-Ahora toca limpiar la disolución madre (el "té") de ácidos carboxílicos y alcaloides que no queremos. Para esto la calentamos a fuego lento hasta que llegue a los ~80ºC, en ningún caso sin que hierva, y vamos añadiendo hidróxido de calcio. Vamos midiendo el pH hasta que llegue a 12 (mínimo tiene que llegar a 11).
8-Alcanzado un pH 12, retiramos la disolución del fuego. En menos de 5 minutos se ve la formación de una nube de precipitado. Dejamos reposar hasta que llegue a temperatura ambiente.
9-Filtramos y descartamos el precipitado, del cual debe hacer una buena cantidad.
10-Por culpa de la presencia de semillas, la disolución tiene una capa superficial de grasas. Sería buena idea eliminar las grasas mezclando con hexano y luego descartar la fase apolar. Yo no lo he probado porque no tengo hexano a mano.
11-Con la disolución ya filtrada de impurezas y a temperatura ambiente, agregar pequeñas cantidades de cloruro de amonio hasta que el pH baje a 8-9. Por mi experiencia el pH óptimo para que precipite la morfina es 9. Dejar reposar durante al menos 2 horas.
12-Teóricamente la morfina tendría que estar en el fondo de nuestro recipiente, pero a mi siempre me falla este paso. Al medir el pH suele ser más bajo que 9, supongo que será debido a que el amoníaco formado durante la neutralización se ha evaporado.
13-Agregar pequeñas cantidades de hidróxido de sodio o potasio hasta subir a pH 9. La formación de precipitado ahora tocaría verse rápidamente. Dejar reposar unas horas, hasta que toda la morfina quede al fondo.
14-Filtrar, lavar con agua destilada y dejar secar, encima del router no tarda mucho jaja. Al secar se forma una placa de color marrón muy claro, que se machaca fácilmente hasta quedarse en forma de polvo muy fino. El problema es que parte de este producto es cloruro de calcio e hidróxido de calcio, con lo cual ni corre por la plata, ni se puede acetilar sin más.
15-Disolver el precipitado en ácido clorhídrico (salfumán comercial). Lo suyo es añadir el ácido gota a gota, hasta que cese el burbujeo y el pH sea ~2.
16-Esperar 2 minutos, la disolución tocaría ser rápida. No tocaría quedar ningún resto sólido, pero si hay alguno se elimina por filtración. Subir el pH con amoníaco (sin prefumes ni detergentes, ojo con esto) hasta pH 8 o 9.
17-Eliminar el sobrenadante y secar el precipitado, que tocaría ser un polvillo marrón muy fino. Si todo ha salido bien, se vaporiza muy rápido sobre la plata, dejando algo de residuo negro.

I will edit this post until the 17 steps are translated. If any Mod think this is better on other side of the forum, or other thread, please tell me so ^^

1.When papaver somniferum is dry, take the big head without leaves + 10-15 cm of the stem . ( no leaves! )

2. Crush the big head. try to recover the more seed you can, and throw it on a field! ( so next season you will have more papaver)

3. After separated the more seed you can, then crush all the vegetal material, with anything you can ( scissors etc)

4. For breaking the celular wall, a good trick is to steep the vegetal material on distilled water, and put it on the fridge

5. make a tea with the vegetal material. Low fire! we dont want the water boiling. Proportion is: 1 litre of distiled water for each 100 g of vegetal stuff

6. After 15 minutes-20 minutes, when the water acquire a dark colour, filter the tea. Add 200 ml more of distiled water to the vegetal stuff to finish to push the alkaloids and add it ( without the vegetal stuff) to the "mother solution"

7. Now its time to clean the mother solution ( the tea) of Carboxylic acids and alkaloids we dont want. So, we heat it until it slowly, unit it gets to 80 degrees ( centigrads scale, 80ºC), not boliling! We add slowly some Hydroxide of calcium until the PH gets to, minimun 11, better PH=12.

8. Gotta the PH=12 , its time to turn off the fire. Wait for about 5 minutes and you will see a "precipitated cloud".Then everything is coming good. Let solution out of fire until the solution has an ambient temperature

9. Filter the solution and throw to the rubbish the "precipitated cloud" ( there must be a lot of)

10. because the seeds ( is impossible to recover all), there may be a "cap of fat" on top of the sollution. A good solution to eliminate the "fat cap" of our solution is to mix it with hexane and discard the non polar phase. This step is not a must

11. The solution is already clean and at an ambient temperature. Now its time to add Chloride of ammonium, until the PH lows to 8-9 . ( author says in his experience, optimum PH to precipitate the morphine =9). Let it rest for two hours

12. if morphine is on the bottom of the solution, then the process is going fine. if its not, it could be because the PH is lower than 9, then see step 13.

13. add little amounts of hydroxide of calcium or potassium, until PH=9. The "precipitated cloud· should be seen now. Let rest some hours , until morphine is on the bottom of the solution

14.Filter the solution, clean it with distilled water, and let it dry. When its dry you will see there is a light brown plate, easy to be broken, until it is a thin powder. Problem here, is that pwder is not only norphine but also chloride of calcium and hydroxide of calcium.

15. Dissolve the precipitate in "cloridrich acid". add the acid slowly, drop by drop, very slow, until PH reachs to 2


16. wait two minutes. Disollution should be fast. Not solid remains ahould be, if there are then filter again. Now, after the 2 minutes, add ammonia ( pure ammonia! no add smells, colours etc) until ph reachs 8 or 9

17. Eliminate the "oversimminig" substance ( like, the "thing" wich is on top on the solution. And dry the precipitated substance. There should be a light brown powder. How to know if all the process was right done? Put on alluminium foil and smoke, it should vaporize fast, leaving some black residue on the foil

Ill be editing this each time i have some free time, until 17 steps are translated

PS: solution i mean the tea that we are cleaning step after step

I don't think extractions are against forum rules. Synthesis talk is not allowed but we are not discussing synthesis. If you want to start a new thread go ahead. I think Other Drugs is the right place to have it. It would not suit in Advanced Drug Discussion but it is more than Basic Drug Discussion.

yeah man i do agree. World could be so xxxxx up to oppie addicts , that any info avaible can be really useful. I found very useful the info in subuxone mega thread 3 weeks ago. ( no clear info in spanish about subuxone ).

Im at begining of step 7, it will be finish in 2-3 days, i am getting now to the chemichal part that may be more difficult to translate

. Those houses making a grass circle in the middle are great to kids playing football while their parents doing cooperate outside dinner. While we played football 14 yo girsl acted as if we were invisible and they were so adult hehe - I remember those days with nostalgy. Its around less than 400 km south of Barcelona following the sea line, like 3 hours driving aprox. The train is so fast , like between 1.5 to 4 hours depends on the train ( the faster the expensiver). The plane just half an hour. So if you return ever to Barna, we can meet up and make a party or just some beers( its been lot of years since i spoke english with an irish guy! )

Our english teachers in Dublin were so nice, except a horrible old woman who was permanently angry XD. There was a young teacher, called Sam, really pretty . She is still in touch, by letter, with a spanish girl who was in our grup. How fast time goes!

PS: so yeah, it would be great to meet and share some beers or smoke :D. I always enjoy sharing time with people who does drugs but also that has culture. i ont like people who belives that, as drugs are law forbidden, then to take drugs you have to be a badass. those are the first to go to prison, while we stay out enjoying life : D . I am from russia and visit UK often. I can make opium injectable using aa. Also if anyone has dry poppy plants i know how to extract opium from them using a solvent called P-646 here in russia. I do not know the western equivalent. PM me if anyone wants to get some lessons))

from a dry plant you can extract the alkaloids, but never the opium, which can be extracted only when the plant is alive. I am repeating that concept in several therads, but its because im sure about this. I try, when i am sure about sht, to share it without proudness, and when im not sure, to ask with humilty.

Anyway, it would be great that you share this process

When people confuse opium with the extract, is like confusing a tiger with a lion. yeah, both are felines, but have some differences, mainly in the % alkaloids
