Opioids Opium (for reals!)

OK, it's been many a moon since I last wandered into OD, but this is a special occasion....

I just got a few grams of opium. Yes, it's real.... came to me straight from Afghanistan.

Anyone know how to smoke it? I don't want to waste it by fucking it up.... a long time ago, someone posted in here about mixing it w/ headache powder.... anyone know anything about what ratio of opium : powder?

Or to eat or plug it, how much?

What color is it? I'm just curious what the smell and color is like.

I've had that sweet smelling black stuff before, but is it different?

It's brown.... smells like general plant matter.... like a nursery or a garden.

Yeah baby, sounds like a sticky floral smelling black lump to me! If u can get a vaporiser, like the lightbulb one, they are the most efficient. Then there's chasing the dragon off tinfoil.

It works well to smear it on some bud, just be sure to hold it in for at least ten seconds.

P.s; afghan opium! man i'm sitting here green eyed!

OK, a glass pipe used for meth or DMT seems to work well.

The only other time I've smoke Opes was at a Dead show almost 20 years ago.

It's definitely active, but seems less-than-pure-as-the-driven-snow; there's lots of burnt residue in the pipe.

Does anyone know if the vegetable matter vaporizes before or after the alkaloids?
