Opioids Opium + Acetaminophen

I know they pair hydrocodone and oxycodone with acetaminophen to increase the effects without feeding you more opiates, but can it be done with opium as well?

If no one knows, I'll update with a result since i see no harm coming from a standard dose of acetaminophen :p
 
It doesn't increase the opioid effect of oxy, codeine, hydrocodone, etc but it (theoretically) increases the analgesia.

Its likely more so added as an abuse deterrent since apap is far more damaging in larger quantities than opioids are.

in conclusion: safe for you to the mix the two but it won't increase the recreational potential of opium at all.
