Does this work or am I just feeling a placeboish feeling?

Does anyone else find that being high on opi's seems to kick them in more? Maybe it's something to do with melatonin or your body getting reqdy to sleep or as I already said, maybe it's placebo!?

EDIT: What I meant was does anyone find that being in a very dark room whilst high on opi's helps to kick them in?

For those that want to know this is what I'd taken:

500ml Stella Artois Pear Cidre 5% or 5.5%
75mg DXM (To potentiate the morphine)
200ml OraMorph (200mg Morphine + the equivalent of 2 shots of vodka)
100/4x25mg Hydroxyzine tablets, it's a sedative anti-histamine that's rarely also used for anxiety.

You are asking if being high on opiates makes opiates kick in more? Well naturally! Im certain you are very high my friend and meant something else related to darkness perhaps? I want what you have you lucky bastard.

Are you talking about actually being in a dark room, or more about the the time of day...like the later it is, the more noticeable the effects are?

^ Im sure it will be posted tomorrow once he regains consciousness after passing out from whatever awesome opiate he was on at the time.

I will say that on meth i also really appreciate the darkness even though your dilated pupuils result in the contradictory effect of not being able to see jack shit in the dark, it still feels warm and welcoming like a dark furry blanket of peace. Usually i don't like the darkness because i cant really see anything.

I would imagine other drugs like opiates have a similar effect on the potentiation of the enjoyment of darkness.

Either that or he'll reread what he wrote and realized he was so high he couldn't write right and made no sense whatsoever. He might just be too embarrased to elaborate but if it's a real question he needs an answer to, I hope he does come back to clear things up.
