Opioids Opioids - CWE for pain

I threw my shoulder out badly yesterday and thinking of doing a CWE for pain relief. Again, I'm so paranoid of the tylenol. I've done it many times before and I'm sure I've done it right
But, does anyone know if tylenol ever *doesn't* get extracted enough? Not trying to get liver damage over here

In Canada we have TEC's aka Perc (5mg Oxycodone & 325 Acetaminophen)....ok for opioid naive patients taking 2 or 3 daily max......but for serious dosing or long term, fuck that noise

I asked my doc for genuine PF Oxy-IR 5mg tablets ......just pure 5mg of Oxy and some inert excipients to press the tablet .....most amazing IR Oxycodone tablet on the marker currently in Canada

PF Oxy-IR 5/10/20mg scored tablets. The little 5mg are soooo tiny lol, 20's are nice too.

Obviously the original PF CDN 80's were pure sex.....and the blue CDN 160's I'd kill for an entire production run of 100,000 newly pressed tablets .....and 100kg (220lbs) of pure API compounding powder of Oxycodone HCL USP fine powder.......OMG .....the best oral opioid on earth. Euphoric bliss unmatched and Potent analgesic properties

Wish I had some of any of those
I'm in Canada too. But all I have are t1s
So if I do a cold water extraction I can get high concentrations of codeine. But, my concern is always the tylenol. I'm always afraid I won't extract enough of it out
