Opioids Opioids, Aspergers, Gluten & Casein?

Hi. My friend has Aspergers. He has also tried Oxycodone once and he loved it. He has recently looked at the diet called NG/NC (No Gluten/No Casein) and it apparently is for autistic kids because they do not process gluten and casein the same. Apparently it goes to their opioid receptor somehow. My friend is curious on how that works. And if he purposely ate lots of gluten and casein, would it be like an opioid/oxycodone high? The point of cutting out gluten and casein is so the dieter does not get the negative effects of opoiods (addiction, comedowns, withdrawls, etc.) But by taking in excess gluten/casein, could you get some or any of the positive effects of opioids? (lessened anxiety, sedation, euphoria, relaxed, etc.)

Also, could he take a vitamin/pill (consisting of gluten or casein) and get high on that because of his "condition"? (aspergers)

Thank you. c:

No, although opiate peptides are in foods containing gluten/casein you will not get high. You can't get high off these peptides, you will just fall asleep if you eat too much.
