Opioids and DXM

Hello friends, i am probably life-long opioid addict. But i found 45 mg dxm took every 4h, lessen opinwdnsymptoms, 100mg-150mg actualy creates some psychological substitution as i quit tram 1000-2000mg daily,oxy 200-300mg fapidly, nie i have only 17? 60mg dhc pills butnthey are really lasting long and are potent...Can somebody help me how to take dextrometorphan for ideal quitting ?

I'd take less dxm than that, or at least less often. It is neurotoxic. Then again i took like 1000 MG over a week (Def not a huge dose in terms of abused dxm) and I'm perfectly retarded.
