I've tried: Dilaudid, Heroin (tar & e.c.p.), OC/Roxi, MSContin, Fentanyl, Hydrocodone, and Codeine. I like Dilaudid but just like all the other pharms around here, it has gotten way too expensive and it makes my tolerance go up much faster than the others; so it's not really worth it anymore. We used to get some pretty good E.C.P. here up until a few years ago and it was great for someone like me who prefers snorting to smoking/shooting. It felt just as good as OC but was less expensive, so back then it was probably my favorite one. Nowadays, 90% of the time it's Tar around here and the risks are slightly more than the benefits. I can still make it into a solution to put in a modded rig to use as a nasal spray but it's not nearly as effective as other ROA's. Even the stuff people say is, "really good" comes nowhere close to the E.C.P. we used to get. Smoking it is alright but it tastes like shit and it takes a while to get the hang of chasing it so you don't waste it. I don't put it in my veins anymore because it destroys veins really quick and often has bacteria from Mexico that can make users sick. I've had Fentanyl maybe half a dozen times and it was pretty pleasant but it's hard to find. Codeine is worthless to me, it just makes me itchy! Hydrocodone is alright if it's free or cheap but otherwise I don't really like to waste time on it. MSContin was alright but once again as someone who prefers snorting to shooting, it seemed kind of expensive for what I was getting out of it.
This leaves OC (be it the old formula or Roxi). Even though it has become increasingly harder to find and way more expensive around here (partially due to pill mill closures, tighter regulations, and tar flooding the market), it has and probably always will be my favorite one. I miss the whole ritual of grinding them down with a hose clamp, cutting up some lines to blow down, and drifting off to a blissful state. I've tried to like this tar these past couple years that it has flooded the market here but it just doesn't come close; even if it is way cheaper.
I have never tried Opana though and I only know one person who has. I've only heard of it being around a few times in the past year. I've read conflicting reports about how good it is but maybe it's a difference between IR/ER for people who snort it. It's still something I would like to try if given the chance.
