Opioids Opioid time in system. I failed my 10 panel

I'm not looking for ways to beat the test as not allowed by moderators but looking for answers to why I failed. I just need to know how long after I take a dose it metabolize and show that your taking. My doctors office decided to test at random to which he gave me a script and I went to the lab. I did not stop taking as instructed yet I failed the test showing that I am not on. I am definitely on and I had 210mg in my system from the day prior. I drink 3-4 gallons of water a day and have been doing so for the last two years because I found that if I hydrate myself excessively I drop weight steadily. In the two years I have been doing this and I lost 90lb. I eat what I want and really don't work out but the weight just continues to come off. Do you guys think it's the water flushing my system? I took a pill in front of them and then went ran some errands returning 6 hours later and I still failed. This is crazy, failing makes them think I don't take my pills and do whatever with them.
