Opiods Question

(I) has used Hydrocodone in the past. They usually take 40mg of Hydrocodone alone. However (I) has recently got some Oxycodone(Never Used) and Promethazine pills. How much Oxy should they take and how much Promethazine for a good strong Euphoria.

Roughly half the dose you normally take of hydro. And like 25mg of prmeth if you must add it. i believe.

I would go with oxycodone without the Promethazine, get some experience with it on its own before you start doing combos, it is always a good idea because what if your somehow super sensitive to oxycodone and you take another respiratory depressant on it, its never a good idea until you know how you will react. You can always do more or add stuff sometime other then the very first time you try a substance.

I would say you would be good at 15-20mg as a first time dose. It may be a little low but like I said you can always try again once you have a better understanding of your reaction to it. Have fun! + Welcome to Bluelight!
