My GF is on Abilify so these answers come from her, she also takes clonazepam & zoloft daily.
Opiates I don't believe it interferes much.
She never noticed a difference.
Amp's she needed to do 3-4 times as much as she would normally do to get the same effects she did prior to abilify.
The same went for cocaine she needed to do more than she normally would to get effects.
The need for a lot more amp's than normal was the most evident one though.
I don't have time to get into the pharmacology at the moment but if you do a search I believe there is a thread on Abilify interactions on here somewhere.
