opiates dont work for me/new to alberta need a friend here

OPiates dont work for me, or maybe they just havnt found one yet....i suffer from a cyst in my ovary that is twice the size of the ovary, so its streching, super painful , waiting for surgery, ER docs didnt think it was work emergency surgery. anyway, they have tried me on morphine and diluaid, they dont faze me, no high, no pain releif, just like i didnt even take it. i have been in exchrushiating pain for the las 3 months, and i have medicine cupboard bigger then the pharmacist. 8)
i have a super awesome doc, he doesnt want to put me on fentanoyl tho, not sure why not

Sorry to hear you are in so much pain . Maybe non-opioid painkillers would be a better idea for you? Or a mix? Talk to your doctor about your options. There is a pain thread here: The Pain Management Mega Thread
