So almost every time my boyfriend does opiates he gets an erection or chubs. He doesn't necessarily just get horny and then gets an erection, it just sort of "pops up". Some opiates sometimes cause him to get a full erection (heroin, hydromorphone, oxy) and others tend to just give him chubs (semi erections). But it takes wayyyy longer for him to cum if we do end up having sex on opiates. My question is why do opiates give him erections? I tried looking it up and though I found out that it happens to a lot of other guys, I couldn't find an answer for why it happens.

Happens to me on the come-up occasionally as well, I assume it's due to vasodilation... nothing to be worried about. Genital desensitization is also common with opioids, hence the longer lasting sex sessions. Tbph, some of the orgasms I have on opioids are flat out pathetic lol.

I don't think my body would be able to handle that lol, especially on stimulants. But everyone except my bf who does meth is all about having sex on it

i can understand how sometimes it might be too much at the time of being high, but more reasonable during the comedown and stuff. sometimes i think sex on speed can be too intense and guys can't really stay focused as much while on speed trying to get off. prob different with diff dudes but i think it can also be a physical inability maybe?

Damn, Im jealous...most everyone I know that does opiates regularly, especially heroin or other strong opiates, their sex life has went down to nothing...I do remember when I would do roxi 15s/ 30s I still had somewhat of a sex drive and could last forever before cumming, but now that I do H every day, I dont even think about sex anymore, I dont even miss it, like I have no desire for it anymore.
This is one thing about opiates I do NOT like, but obviously, the benefits outweigh the negative (for me at least). Most of the females I know that use dope all the time seem to be this way too.

Don't think opiates give me chubbys or erections really, more like if anyone saw it I would have to be like "I'm a grower, not a shower!!"lol. But I do realize when I take less than usual it's like I'm 13 again and having to hide my boner half the day,hoping my shirt doesn't rise or they will get a purple head suprise. And I don't think about sex on opiates either, but if someone initiates it, not hard to get up and can go for a while...

I know what you mean, when Im using or recently used, I have NO desire for sex, but when Im like 16-20 hours into w/d, I do start having cravings for sex again, but I usually end up using not too long after this and soon as dope hits my system, the sex drive is gone again!
I do miss it tho, as I used to have a really healthy sex life, but dope is definitely the priority now.

These erections I speak of are far from permanent, just a sporadic chubby as the rush comes on and it's back to sleep. I manage a good sex life, but as someone in their early 20's it could be better. The one thing I do enjoy about kicking though is the sex drive of a 12 year old... too bad sex doesn't last long at all in this state, as withdrawal fades you eventually level out.
