Opiates aftere Subxone

I know this has probably been answered before, but the only threads I found had to do with people who have been on sub maintenance for a week or more.

So, my question is, how long after taking one sub 8mg would you have to wait to feel any opiates. Like lets say I waited 24 hours and did an 80, would I feel it at all or what?

You may have to wait 48 hours...possibly 72 if you want to experience the "entire" effects.

Really? I've heard that it's 36 hours for a person that is taking suboxone regularly. So I figured that if I only took it once (and it was only half a listerine strip so it was actually only 4mg, not 8..) that I could do it within 36 hours and feel something.
