yo, so ive noticed the blocking effects from ;lope the last time i took it. this morn i took 74mg of lope to help wit wds, and sure enough minutes afterwards i got a call saying they could get roxys or k8s. the last time i took ;lope it was 50mg and 24 hrs later i took 90mg morphine which did nothing! 24 hrs after that 90mgs morph got me high again. so by my logic after 48 hrs i should be straight to take opiates? i rly dont wanna wait that long! any input would be awesome. thx all!

Loperamides half life is approximately 9-14 hours. It's not overly long. I would assume that after 48 hours you should be able to use morphine again and feel its effects fully. I don't know why you didn't feel it the last time. Everyone is different so it could take longer for you to metabolize loperamide.

ya its weird cuz i think my metabolism is WAY faster than most! im 27 i eat nothing but junk and im 120lbs! most opiates only get me high for litteraly mins, even in large doses! so assuming this, after 24 hrs, 2 half life cycles should have gone by leaving 18mg of lope in my system, do u think i would feel the effects of opiates at that point?

Yeah I know a lot of people who naturally have quite a high tolerance to opiates. Metabolism is such a complex thing and varies so much from person to person. I myself can eat junk food all the time and I gain no weight.
But yes, I think you would definitely feel the effects of opiates after that amount of time.
