Opi W/D suggestions needed

As far as pills go is this good enough for pretty much a comfortable withdrawal?
Any suggestions on anything ? Any pills that should be added?

heroin withdrawal soon and here's the checklist thus far::

15 clonidine hcl (0.1mg)
30 gabapentin (300mg)
2 sub strip (8mg strip)
10 valium (10mg)
10 cyclobenzaprine (10mg)
2 grams of marijuana

As for food got gatorade, ensure nutritional drinks, bananas oranges, multi vitamins fish oil, sweets ice cream, pudding, chocolate milk. Water.

Suggestions please want things as painless as possible

Imodium May be helpful too, as well as kratom.
If you can get more benzo than 10 you'd probably be glad you did. They come in really handy.
Best of luck!

I agree with Bliss... although I hear that Imodium may prolong your W/d because technically its an opiate it just doesn't cross the blood brain barrier . Besides , people generally hate having the shits but YOU HAVE SHIT TO GET OUT! and pooping is part of the detox process. You don't wanna keep it in you, right? So let it go.
The thing I agree with the most is the benzo comment. if you can get a hold of Klonapin (sorry if I spelled it wrong) thats my pick for withdrawal because of its long duration and also it has muscle relaxing properties that help with the leg pain significantly . Please don't use too many benzos though. I'd never recommend using them for over a week.

I managed to stay away from H , but for a 80-100 mg. oxy habit of years , a few weeks of gabapentin 300 mg. x 4 day really really helped - almost like cheating ..... You are on a bigger boat , but I'd think they would help
Good luck chief - if your mind is set on it , that's all it takes !!

I have kicked opiates from heroin to pills many times and I would strongly suggest a good supply of the muscle relaxer carisoprodol(brand name=Soma)if you can get them. They come in 350mg tablets and taking 4 or 5 of these will have you feeling kinda like being drunk but better.Be aware that a dose of 5 Soma will probably have you staggering and uncoordinated but they help you deal with the misery better. And I agree with Bliss26 about scoring more benzos.Get as much as you can.A particularly effective benzo combo IMO would be Xanax and Valium. The Xanax hits faster and harder and helps more with the never ending anxiety during withdrawls and the Valium lasts longer, gives a more sleepy and sedated feeling and has excellent muscle relaxing properties of it's own.A good supply of these in combination will be a very welcome comfort. You will still be sick but man do they help!I personally find some liquor during withdrawls to help a good deal if you can keep it down.Just drink extra water because it will dehydrate you further but it has a nice calming effect, especially mixed with the afore mentioned benzo combo and helps with the aches and pains. And by all means,if you can score some more Suboxone I would do it.You didn't mention how big your habit is or how long standing but it's better to have more than you need than to need more and not have.If you can get ahold of about 10 8mg subs and work out a nice, slow taper then the pills and liquor should take care of the rest. The real trick is making sure you have enough subs and benzos to keep you comfortable until you work the dope out of your system while not taking them to the point of getting hooked on them and having another addiction to kick.Good luck,it won't be easy but with a good supply of "kick drugs"you can do it.

Lyrica (pregablin) would be another good drug to add if you can score them. Something to remember, when you feel your worst and think you are going to die......you aren't, people do this everyday, and so can you, so good luck and keep posting.
