I have hardly gone more than 12 hours without putting in opiate in my system since May of 2007. Here is some background on my opiate habit:
May 2007 to March 2009:
IV opiate use, injecting 3-6 times a day
Doses per injection:
oxycodone 40-60mg
hydromorphone 8-16mg
morphine 50-100mg
East coast stamped wax bags, medium quality 3-4 bags
Scramled H gel caps 1-2 caps
March 2009- now
Suboxone 12-16mg per day
I have been weening off my Suboxone prepping to remove all blockade effect and lower my tolerance a little. i have dropped my dose from 12-16mg to 2-5mg per day for the last 9 days. i normally wouldve taken 13.5 to 18 8mg pills in a 9 day period. I have only taken 4.5 pills because ive been prepping to lower my blockade build up. i acquired a bottle of thirty 15mg immediate release oxycodone tablets that i plan to IV. i have micron filters on the be shipped to my house tommorow, and ill be using all the safe, sterile injection techniques. i plan to wait aroungd 30 hours after my last 2mg dose before i do my first tester 15mg shot. My question is will i be ok doing 30-45mg shots? i would think so since i have never been off opiates of some form for 3.5 years. did the bupenorphine keep my tolerance intact, or will my first tester 15mg blow me away. i know alot of what i do will be based on how that first 15mg test shot makes me feel. I just wanted to get some input on the cross tolerance between Subs and other opiates like oxycodone. All input will be appreciated. thank you
