I have seen quite a few posts mentioning that they have read stories about people's tolerances going nuts after daily kratom use. In this case, it's specifically Full Spectrum Tincture(FST), the legit one, and wanted to see if anyone had information. I searched to no avail about to find this information on this forum and elsewhere.
Like many I have an injury and kratom does help, especially after having gone other routes in the past. I have a pretty serious injury recently so prescribed Dilaudid, and they dont even work, a little bit. I wanted to see if anyone had any insight here. Thanks in advance.

Hopefully someone will come along with good advice for you.......just wanted to see how you ingested the Dilaudid?

Snorting it will give you a lot better result than taking it orally.

And kratom IMO is probably the best legal opiate substitue for pain.

Kratom is an opiate substitute but contains no opiates & binds to the same receptor sites of the brain........

Would be nice if kratom was prescribed by every doctor for pain instead of tramadol.
