opiate tests in the UK today

Are these generally done by urine sample or swabbing saliva ?

mine came back as a negative, so will have to acquire my own subs now.

Surely if it came back negative this is good as you are opiate free therefore not requiring a Subutex Script unless you have ulterior motives .

I am curios if you don't feel comfortable putting the reason on the board pm me .

He's mentioned before that AH-whatever it's called doesn't show up on standard tests despite being an opioid.

Oh right . The on the spot ones only test for actual Morphine & Methadone AFAIK . Lab Tests are more comprehensive.

So unless AH .... metabolizes in to Morphine ? Just a thought .

I have no idea what AH-wotsit would show up as. It's definitely an opioid but very much in the RC camp. I doubt any DSP in the land has heard of it.

Weird, I've only ever had one swab test, the rest have been piss tests. Piss tests seem to have come on in leaps and bounds over the last decade and are now quick & reliable, though AFAIK they only show methadone, morphine, benzos, cocaine & amphetamines (I think)..

However, when I was sent for a drug test from work following a fortnights phenazepam binge, that was a swab test and it came back positive for barbiturates (amongst everything else).. this totally stumped me because I've never knowingly taken barbiturates in my life. This sez a lot about the quality of the heroin about at the time...

Might just be a very local thing, FUBAR. Or maybe even just a Welsh thing. Swabs all the way for me though. And they were always accurate. I was playing nice at the time though so...

Also, those swabs taste fukkin rancid

Swabs can be sabotaged easily , buying the addict a few extra days .

The piss tests have come along way what with the temp guages that's why i bought a piece of kitchen equipment so i could check the temperature of my food

All the times I have gone for a script it has been a piss test but all the times I have been taken off by the cops I have had to put this cotton wool bud looking thing in my mouth till it turns blue then they stick it in a machine.

I have found though the thing that goes in your mouth is not that great, it has given me negative readings before when it should have nearly blown up the machine due to the amount of opiate in my system.
