Opiate taper/Exercise journal

Nice, nice, my energy is pretty shit but I get a bit of it back when I just start moving. For me I still have pretty bad chills a lot of days, especially the mornings
20 dayzzzzzz clean branggen, i'm almost there mate. I still have mydriasis though(dilated pupils) so i know i'm still wding but i feel mostly recovered 10 more days and i'll be excellent.
 
I'm glad you listened to me and jumped from 20mg instead of waiting to get to a lower dose.You're a true warrior bro. :p
 
Week 4 without opiates

June 8-11 Went camping for the first part of the week biked around the lake a bunch, worked out and took shrooms on the 11th when i got back

June 12 Took shrooms again in the morning

3+ Months no opiates (Now gonna be an exercise journal)

So 3 months without opiates now, done a lot of exercising, it has become somewhat on and off which is why I want to start logging it again. I have been smoking lots of weed, too much really so im trying to cut back my lungs are pretty fucked right now.
I dont really get withdrawals anymore sometimes it kinda feels like it but goes away quickly, its almost more like a weed withdrawal at this point, I smoke so much it doesnt do much by the evening and and start feeling like crap. Sort of like ive been blocking out the opi withdrawal with weed and when it wears off I feel it. I get a lot of anxiety doing social shit because I was basically a shut in for like 5 years of addiction but it gets better and every time I do something new I know itll be easier the next time I do it and I can push it further and further. So anyways to start of the Exercise journal part...

Aug. 26 - 2 set 10 pullup, 2 set 8 rep 20 lb curl
Aug. 27 - 2 set 10 pullup
Aug. 28 - 3 set 30 sec bar hold, 2 set 15 push up, 1 min wall sit
Aug. 29 - 3 set 10 rep 20lb curl, 1 set 10 pullup
Aug. 30 - 7km hike, little bit of running
Aug. 31 - 2 set 10 rep 20lb curl, 12 rep 25 lb shoulder press, 35 situp, shrooms, 10 pullup

Just wanted to come back here and say that in a month I’ll have been 2 years clean, I’ve got a great job now and have got a much better social life going on. I still smoke a little too much weed and am still learning some things I forgot but life is 100x better, I go to the gym a few times a week, just finished a season of soccer, alls I need now is a girlfriend 😂. If you are struggling to stay clean hopefully this can convince you things will get better
