I've never had a OD before that way and took a load of xanax with Percs to equal 60mg instant release Percs and 8mg of xanax without a tolerance and almost didn't wake up but it hit me really fast and caused me to pass out within 30 minutes and I felt it was too much at like 15 minutes and was on half a full stomach. If you're referring to the OP's, then yes, that can happen or extended release but don't call them Percs unless you're gonna say extended release (I know they're the same shit but Percs general have Tylenol in them and come in 2.5, 5, 7.5, & 10's. Also in Boston or other city's/states like it call roxi's perc 30's or whatever mg they are.) due to the confusing term if you're from New England or New York some people callem perc 30's for example. Now what you're referring or have seen happen, as you said, is a person who had a slow metabolism if they ate IR roxi's or Percs as in the ones with Tylenol in them and highest dose is 10mg I think. Your friend didn't popem and then get a bit high and dropped he just had a really slow liver and kidney process that made him overdose quick but really slow at the same time. Weight is a big thing when it comes to metabolism and if you're over weight or got a bit more meat on your bones then you may have a slower metabolism then you'd have a slower rate of intake. So what you said may NOT apply to everyone. You can see if you have a slow or high metabolism by weighting yourself to see if you're a bit over weight or over weight or even go to a doctor to take a few test to see I believe that's what they do I can't remember atm. Just remember you can take more but never less and your friend or whatever should have taken it slow due to his metabolism IMO; also sorry for your loss.
