Opiate Night Sweats

Listen up,

When I first started doing H awhile back I never had this problem. Whenever I do a shot & fall asleep I ALWAYS wake up, drenched in sweat. It's annoying, and disgusting.
It's not like I'm under 2 blankets or something, I only sleep with a wife-beater, sometimes not. And it's not like I'm waking up sick as a dog. Even with the AC running, I'm still waking up drenched in sweat. wtf.
Does anyone else have this problem? Or had this problem?
 
Yeah, it's acute withdrawal. Nobody has that problem at first, everyone ends up with that problem. It's normal an it sucks. Your single shot of H isn't enough to keep you well for the duration of the night.
 
Yup, only happens when you ain't had enough IME.

Try putting a towel over your pillow lol. And if possible(might be hard to sleep through) get a fan/air multiplier on your bedside table, directed at your head.%) Or put your pillow in the freezer 45 mins before bed.
 
I'm not so sure it is necessarily from WDs. OP how soon after your dose are you sweating? I guess if it has been awhile since your dose then it could be WDs

I almost always sweat more whenever I take any type of opiate/opioids no matter what the situation is. It has nothing to do with WDs in my case. This has been the case for me for years, as long as I can remember while using them. It starts as soon as the dose begins to kick in and is especially worse if I am asleep no matter how cool the environment I am in is (and I sleep with the AC blasting in my house). It also seems to be dose dependent, if it is a larger dose then it usually tends to worsen.
 
Man... and I'm not kidding, I can only recommend Menopause supplements to help ur hot flashes...
 
I would vote that its most likely W/Ds, too. I wake up every morning dying to do some dope. And I snort so it should last longer and my last line is usually 2 hours before bed. Now I don't sweat much from W/D, usually early on I break into one intense sweat, but after that I am just covered in a sticky, nasty light sweat that lasts the duration of W/D.

Yeah, on tramadol big time. But the symptoms went away. Evolution?

As for when I indulge in harder opioids... i get them, but i'm one of those people who pumps the AC and isn't built for warm climates.


But for real! Menopause supplements help with the sweats! :\

Everyone keeps saying it's because of W/D but I know that's not the case. I can do my dose, fall asleep for an hour or two, and wake up drenched in sweat. It only happens when I sleep, I don't get all sweaty from opiates in waking life.
 
Heh, I've had to throw open the windows in the middle of winter on very high doses yes. Can get a bit feverish during the summer as well. The night sweats are fucking disgusting, I wish there was a simple solution but there isn't if it's not caused by withdrawals, that I am personally aware of.
 
I sweat like crazy when I do H. I'm usually freezing until about an hour and a half to two hours after my last shot. I continue sweating til I either sleep and rest for at least 8 hours...or until I get high again. :\
 
Definitely sounds like WD's, but even with my first time on down I did notice I would get sweaty and flushed easily, this passed very quickly though and I never had this problem at night
 
I'm going against the grain with the idea of W/D's. Like someone said, sweats & hot/cold chills come on later for me and your metabolism slows at rest, giving those drugs a little better AUC.

Opiates raise the body temperature. That's why the (ridiculously) worst side effect for me is the cold feelings. Well, sweat -> damp -> can't get warm but even after one of numerous showers and change of clothes..

For fun, take your temperature t-3:00 opiate dose and t-3:00 dosing time, without opiates.. I for one can sleep butt ass nekkid in AC on dope and I wear a comforter and usually some sort of undergarments otherwise..
 
I don't get this completely... if ur not WDing and just pleasantly buzzing.... if ur AC makes the temp low enough... u shouldn't be sweating unless u have heavy blankets over u...

If not WDing... I can only think of dope nausea causing sweats in looow temps. I'm a 64 man myself...
