Opiate high and penis size

I have noticed that when high on opiates (codeine or dihydrocodeine) or high on tramadol, throughout the high my penis looks like a whelk! You know like when you get out a cold swimming pool. Even if I have an erection during the high my erection is smaller. My testicles tighten too.

Does this have an actual pharmacological explanation or does it having something to do with your body temperature being affected? When not on opiates it returns to normal. In fact it looks bigger for a few days and I get super horny.

I understand opiates have an effect on testosterone levels but testosterone levels don't really affect penis size in adults do they?

I have not noticed that, but I have only done codeine a few times and never paid attention when I tried a couple opiods a while ago.

What I notice is that I can't feel shit down there! Doesn't stop me from trying to beat it though...

Now E makes your dick small. I wonder if any part of that is perceptual. Or is it all physical.

He's not the only one, I get this effect too but from dope. Quite annoying (especially when trying to sleep on stomach) since it's difficult to get rid of since it's so hard to finish.

Yea man, you can pretty much count on this side effect with moderate to high doses of opiates. In my experience I lose size and sensitivity, rendering my penis effectively useless, lol.
