Yes almost all of your withdrawals will return. You need to give your body several months to even have a chance of withdrawals not returning. But realistically, you need to give yourself half a year or more. Also, if you haven't taken anything in 4 or 5 days, why the hell would you start out at 200mg? LOL you should be fine on like 30-50mg(or less). But you need to stay off. It's one of those things where you're either ON THEM or OFF THEM when you actually get addicted. There is no middle ground. People have been trying to find the middle ground for decades, it doesn't exist. Unless ofcorse, you stay off for a long time like i suggested. Then you may be able to enjoy yourself for a week or two with no withdrawal but then it will still be back in no time. Once you get physically hooked, your ALWAYS prone to bringing back that physical addiction at an alarmingly faster rate than an average person that never had any physical addiction. It's like your body just remembers what to do with the stuff. Put an opiate in there, and it will immediately remember how to feel bad the second that opiate leaves your system.
edit- also, I highly doubt your immune to apap. Stop killing your liver while you still have the chance.
