Heroin Opiate drug testing for year long user?

How long does it take to be negative on a urine test if you have been a heavy user for a year? Took 8-15 mg oxy on Friday. But have been using heroin and oxy daily for a year. I went cold turkey after Friday and want to know how long before I pee clean?
