Opiate conversions re: plugging

Don't think any conversion charts have plugging as an option! But some opiates are quite different between oral and plugging. If anyone has experience with these I would appreciate it!

I usually plug 15mg oxycodone or 20mg hydrocodone. What would be the equivalents for plugging:

morphine*:

hydromorphone (Dilaudid):

oxymorphone (Opana):


Thanks! (And don't bother with the "plugging makes you gay" comments, since this is the Mrs. half of avcpl writing! lol)

*is there a difference between plugging morphine sulphate and morphine hcl?
 
Im not sure, and am too lazy to look it up but if you look in the OD directory you can find equivalency charts and BA's for all the different ROA's for opiates and benzos
 
Yeah, I remember seeing something like that before, but as I recall there was ample info on oral and IV, but not plugging...
