Yes its that time of year when most of us get a bad Flu bug or Cold.! 
I thought we could share with each other our own remedies/concoctions used for getting through a cold/flu spell alive, or in some comfort. Also the best concoctions to get through the work day while sick with a Cold/Flu. The main ingredient must be an Opiate.
I am interested to see what opioid works best for you, along with whatever else is in your remedies/concoctions.? Also what symptoms you have and how you are treating them if you want.?
Me:
sore throat, runny nose, burning eyes, cough, sinus pressure. I know i have junk in my lungs, but it has not broke up yet.!
concoction:
1-3 Lorcet 10/650, or MS Contin 30mg, ibuprofen400mg, 50mg ephedra, 2mg chlorpheniramine, 600mg guaifenesin.
2-3 times a day for above symptoms ..the ephedra is good for my sinuses and energy for the work day.
Lots of hot teas hebal, and green with honey. Clear Eyes eye drops 2 times a day for my burning eyes. I breath steam to help with sinus pain and pressure 3 times a day.
Try and get as much sleep at night as posible. You should be asleep by 10pm through 2am. This is the golden time for your body to heal and best time for melatonin release.
