been dealing with bad body aches and pains from a sickness as well as being on and off opiates too many times. Any prescription or otc alternatives you would recommend? Also low energy from life and my sleeping meds (lunesta weed melatonin)

Kava Kava . Find good vendors on Reddit, maybe try ordering both more traditional and concentrated instant teas incase it's hard for you to stomach the numbing, woody taste.

It acts on GABA like alcohol or benzodiazepines, but has a reverse tolerance and no physical dependence. Low doses are more like alcohol but it will knockout anyone if enough is consumed

As far as pain control see if you could get a script for toradol (ketorolac). It's what they are using in place of opiates in hospitals. It's a pretty potent n-said. Any DR should be happy to prescribe that unless you can't take it for some reason.
I also take lunesta. What is your dose? I would personally cut out the melatonin, halve your lunesta and maybe not smoke weed right before bed. I don't smoke so just a suggestion, and you produce melatonin naturally so you don't always need to supplement.
I'm curious if you might have fibromyalgia. The body aches and pains, slow to wake up, sleeping issues, brain fog can all be symptoms of fibro.
I used to take oxy for probably close to 15 years. Physically I felt so much better stopping it. I didn't have nearly as many aches and pains once I stopped it.
As far as other things to try, I guess it depends on what your pain is from. If it's inflammation, change your diet. They have specific diets to help with inflammation. Or at least introduce a few foods that help to reduce it.
