open air in south fl?

i came down from new jersey to fl and im used to having fire shit all the time from paterson and newark. now im in boca/deerfield and all i can find are damn blus. they're way too weak for me is there any H or tar in fl? i was thinking about taking a train to overtown. should i deff not go alone over there or lookin for is it not worth it if i dont know people...and damn its frustrating when your the only person you know who will do this shit
